Full-Time / Ministry Opportunities

• Outreach & Executive Director – Do you have a passion for serving others, developing leaders, and helping communities flourish through the love of Christ?
  
  Church at the Crossing and One More are seeking a full-time Outreach & Executive Director to lead and expand the impact of our outreach ministries throughout Indianapolis. This unique role serves as the bridge between the church and One More, carrying the vision of reaching one person, one family, and one neighborhood at a time—until there is hope in every home.
  
  The ideal candidate is a spiritually mature leader with a heart for people, a gift for building teams, and the ability to turn vision into action. This person will oversee One More’s community programs, develop volunteers and staff, strengthen partnerships, and help shape the future of outreach ministry both inside and outside the walls of the church.

Part-Time / As-Needed Opportunities

• Handyman and Landscaping – A reliable, on-call seasonal worker to assist with projects as needed.
• Cleaning – A dependable helper who assists with routine facility cleaning and/or occasional cleanup after special events, keeping the church fresh and inviting.‍
• Childcare – Childcare is offered during most events—such as Small Groups (Monday evenings), Celebrate Recovery (Tuesday evenings), MomCo (Friday mornings), and select special gatherings—to support parents of young children.

Early Childhood Center Opportunities

Ideal for those who love children and enjoy teaching the minds of our future generation. Opportunities are available Monday through Friday, with a particular need for afternoon shifts.
